Job Summary

Provide technical assistance and training to dealers and customers and resolve whole goods, parts, warranty, service, maintenance, and other related issues to promote customer satisfaction.

ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:

  1. Provide technical support to dealers and customers over the phone to resolve issues and answer questions related to whole goods, sales, parts, warranty, service, maintenance and other related issues.

  1. May test units related to dealer/customer reported product issues to give instruction for issue resolution or duplicate issues/malfunctions for Company personnel to notify of valid product problems.

  1. Provide support to internal personnel experiencing whole goods/part problems.

  1. Schedule, organize, and execute technical training programs, seminars, and schools for dealers as required.

  1. Assist parts department technical staff in evaluating stock for dimensional correctness and returned parts for credit.

  1. Assist parts and/or whole goods staff in the evaluation of stock/product condition and repair damaged parts or units to a saleable condition.

  1. May perform duties of assigned Service Manager in his/her absence.




Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Mechanics, Engineering, or related field and 3 to 5 years related experience.


  1. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  1. Excellent customer service/relation skills.

  1. Mechanical knowledge of agricultural, turf, and construction equipment.

  1. Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
