Position Details & Responsibilities

Herk & Associates has been retained by a leading equipment dealer in Ohio to help them identify an experienced and talented Parts Manager to add to their team. This role will be responsible for managing a large Parts Department

Qualifications

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the parts department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Driving sales for the Parts Department 
  • Managing and maintaining a large inventory 
  • Overseeing marketing strategy
  • 3+ years’ experience job relevant equivalent experience
  • Experience leading others
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
  • Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
  • Excellent customer service skills

Heavy Equipment experience required
