Herk and Associates has been retained by a top tier heavy equipment dealer in California to find a Regional Parts and Service Manager! This is a role that will be responsible for managing the parts and service departments across multiple locations and will work to increase the efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications

• 10 years + in Management for Parts, Service, or Product Support departments
• Must be able to travel 30% of the time
• Experience working with Heavy equipment
• Ability to lead, Mentor, and motivate multiple teams
