The Heavy Equipment Service Technician is responsible for the repair of Vermeer machinery and components. The work must be completed in a safe, professional, and timely manner. Based upon their level of expertise, the service technician may work under direct supervision. While this position is posted in OH, we have other locations in MD, VA, NC, SC and PA and always looking for qualified technicians!

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional shop environment. This role uses standard machinery equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 50 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED
Hydraulic and hydrostatic experience
Electrial troubleshooting experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
