Position Details & Responsibilities

Linder, an industry leading large heavy equipment dealer with locations in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina, is looking for a Road Products Sales Specialist to join our team in Concord, NC.

Job Summary:

Responsible for growing profitability and market share by developing the internal and external support of the Road Products Group.


  • Assist Regional Managers/VPs with quotation preparation
  • Interact with region managers regarding Road Products Group related sales activities
  • Maintain weekly activity logs for opportunities, sales, and lost sales
  • Assist in developing road products knowledge in Linder’s Parts and Service departments through coordination with Parts VP and Service VP
  • Lead and manage customer demos with sales team
  • Provide technical training to Linder employees and customers



  • Marketing or Business Degree preferred
  • Ten + years experience in Road Product Sales
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
