Position Details & Responsibilities

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the financial success (P&L) of the rental department
  • Handle phone calls from customers & employees to gather information regarding rental pieces and attachments
  • Responsible for billing, auditing, maintaining, correcting & crediting all rental contracts in for correct rental %’s, pricing, cat-class, location, and rental period.
  • Responsible for billing Damage Waivers on all rental contracts unless a valid COI is presented immediately upon rental.
  • Responsible for all rental AR collection.
  • Reserve and find all rental equipment and attachments needed to fill rental orders
  • Responsible for all rental equipment throughout company
  • Coordinate service and sales departments to insure profitability.
  • Hiring, training and developing new team members.
  • Increasing sales by ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
  • Prepare and present team member reviews and holding them accountable
  • Execute all administrative responsibilities of the location, such as order maintenance, time system and HR paperwork.
  • Support location associates to successfully execute their specific responsibilities by providing the tools, benchmarks, resources, ideals, education and training.
  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions.
  • Ensure company policy and Ag-Pro Standards are followed

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate is able to be forward thinking and help the company grow the rental business
  • 5+ years experience in the rental industry or construction sales
