Position Details & Responsibilities

Vantage Equipment LLC is looking for a Territory Manager to increase our sales and rental business in a specific territory. Candidate will need to be organized, self-motivated, self-sufficient and a great communicator with both customers and support personnel. This Job requires technical aptitude and a willingness to work with all types of customers in Job-Site conditions.

Territory Managers Responsibility:

  • Build and Maintain relationships with current and potential customers in a specific territory.
  • Meet and Exceed annual goals for Sale and Rental revenue and gross profit.
  • Assist customers with product information and quotation of rental and sale equipment.
  • Negotiate a positive outcome for both the Customer and Vantage Equipment if a conflict arises.
  • Complete all required reports and paperwork both accurately and timely.

  • Field Territory Sales Experience

Heavy Highway Contractors.
Heavy Site Contractors.
Municipal Accounts.
Waste Customers.
Other Equipment Users I/E Scrap, Logging etc.

Other Responsibilities

Represent Vantage Professionally at Trade Show Industry Functions.

Education
College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.

Technical Knowledge a plus.

Experience in a related field a plus.

Travel
Home at Night (Some Long Days But Little Overnight Travel)

Training

Online and Hands on Training Provided.
