Position Summary:

Powerhouse player in Utah is looking for a very high level Sales Manager who can drive market share to #1 in region. Manages sales function for an assigned geographic region including the implementation of a defined sales process, coaching and developing sales professionals. Responsible for all sales metrics for assigned region. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s Degree Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Equipment Sales
  • Ability to hire, train and mold green sales talent.
  • Work closely with Territory Managers to assist in the execution of New, Used & Rental sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales to develop a regional business plan annually.
  • Manage, coach and develop Territory Managers by using direct observation to assess their current skills. 
  • Conduct an annual performance review that includes implementation of a training strategy for the department and/or individuals. 
  • Support and implement sales department accountability through the use of Key Performance Indicator management.
