Position Details & Responsibilities

Richardson Service 1991 Inc. is expanding our sales department and we are currently looking for a territory manager to aid in the growth of our overall sales within our fleet.

Job Description:

  • Must be able to successfully promote our current line of equipment and maintain a strong relationship with our manufacturer`s.
  • Actively pursue business opportunities with existing and new clientele by identifying and maintaining an active pipeline of future projects and contracts that Richardson Service can provide.
  • Embrace technology to ensure most efficient and effective territory management, utilizing all of the tools Richardson Service provides our sales team to engage the needs of our customers.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, organized, highly motivated and active in their assigned territories. The ideal candidate must be able to plan, implement, and execute a sales pipeline. Will report weekly on active leads directly to the sales manager.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • 3 years of previous heavy equipment sales experience or industry related experience is a requirement.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Must multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must be fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook,) internet, CRM applications, and lead management software.
  • Valid Drivers License required and clean driving record is required as you travel, occasionally staying overnight.
