Herk and Associates has teamed up with a reputable Agriculture Equipment Dealership working with some of the top brands in the industry. Our client is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join their team in Indiana who will perform outside sales of heavy agriculture equipment to the surrounding area. 

This is a great opportunity to represent one of the Top Brands in the industry and manage a well-established territory with endless earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers to build solutions within an assigned territory
  • Increase market share and profitability for the stated range of products within the geographic area. 
  • Maintain an open channel of communication throughout the industry - be recognized as a solution-provider
  • Create opportunities by evaluating customer fleets and techniques-proactively propose better solutions/options

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years Outside Sales experience with Heavy Agriculture equipment 
  • Extensive knowledge of the Agriculture industry and equipment
  • Hunter-mentality; relentless and driven to succeed.
