Herk and Associates has teamed up with a reputable Agriculture Equipment Dealership working with some of the top brands in the industry. Our client is looking to add a rockstar Territory Manager to their team in Indiana who will perform outside sales of heavy agriculture equipment to the surrounding area. 

This is a great opportunity to represent one of the Top Brands in the industry and manage a well-established territory with endless earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with our customers to build solutions within an assigned territory
  • Increase market share and profitability for the stated range of products within the geographic area. 
  • Maintain an open channel of communication throughout the industry - be recognized as a solution-provider
  • Create opportunities by evaluating customer fleets and techniques-proactively propose better solutions/options

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years outside sales experience with Heavy Agriculture equipment 
  • Extensive knowledge of the Agriculture industry and equipment
  • Hunter-mentality; relentless and driven to succeed.
