Job Description

We have an exciting career opportunity for Subject Matter Experts on our professional services and support team to make a definitive personal impact for the success of our customers and to make rewarding careers for themselves. You will be responsible for implementing, installing, and supporting our unique enterprise software solution. Our industry specific digital business transformation platform is specifically catered to equipment dealership and rental industries. You will work directly with the customer as part of our services and support team and act as the liaison for our enterprise solution.

You will be provided training on our software solutions and implementation practices. You will receive both traditional classroom trainings, as well as in the field / "shadow implementations” and in-house support training.

Primary Responsibilities

In summary, be a part of the talented Enterprise Solution deployment team who helps customers to improve their business efficiency by deploying e-Emphasys solutions

  • Provide functional support to ensure that our solution meets customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge and business acumen.
  • Liaise closely with customers for the business process reviews to build the as-is-business process model.
  • Configure, setup and implement e-Emphasys solutions as per customer requirements.
  • Train users on e-Emphasys solution.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the on-time and in-budget delivery.


Required Education and Experience

  • Master’s or Bachelor`s degree in either Supply Chain/Logistics or Finance/Accounting from an accredited college or university.
  • 0-2 years experience in related field. Exposure to ERP/CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

  • Willingness to travel 75+% of the time (After 6 months in the role)

Place of Employment:

Place of employment will be at our corporate office in Cary, NC. You should be willing to relocate to Cary, NC, the city which is ranked amongst the ‘best places to live’ in America.
