Herk and Associates has a NEW opportunity with a leading Equipment Distributor in WI for a Parts/Service Manager. 

This is an excellent career opportunity to join a well know Multi Location Organization and be responsible for the Management and leadership of Shop, Parts and Field Technicians and Manage customer relations.   

This is basically a Branch Manager position without Sales Team Management responsibility.

The Manager will be responsible for all Branch operations including Rentals, Parts and Service but not SALES. The duties include managing financials, employee relations, facility maintenance, all corporate and Branch procedures as well as maintaining Dealer standards related to the Branch.

This is a Salary + Bonus opportunity with Vehicle Allowance and Benefits.


We are looking for a Manger with 5+ Years of Dealership experience.

Candidates should have strong Mechanical Aptitude and Computer Skills

The ideal candidate should be experienced in:

  • Parts and Service
  • P&L
  • Hiring/Managing Staff
  • Training
  • Strong knowledge of finance, marketing, operations management and inventory control.
  • Strong ability to motivate others.
  • Strong industry and product knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service skills.
