Manufacturer and Distributor of hydraulic demolition, recycling, & compaction attachments is searching for an experienced Product Support Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day service and parts operations for the West Coast to maximize return on investment through; optimizing service and parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, growing profitable parts & labor sales, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent, and effectively engaging department personnel establish and maintain dealer relationships as well as seek out and develop new accounts. This is a position that will oftentimes require company reimbursed weekly overnight travel.
It is important that the qualified individual reside within the assigned territory with coverage of the following states:AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE; and the western provinces of Canada
The position is a salary/commission combination with paid travel and benefits.
It is important that the qualified individual have prior experience in attachment or construction equipment at either the dealer or manufacturer level. Knowledge of carriers (i.e. Attachments, Heavy Equipment) is important as are basic computer skills, good social interaction, and possessing a valid driver’s license.
The candidate must be organized, able to work independently, and be responsible for mapping out travel schedules and appointments. This person will report directly to the National Product Support Manager.
Must have branch operations background with strong service, and parts experience.
Five year`s experience or more at a service Experience Level.
Employee management is no a requirement but account or project management is desirable.
Experience in the construction equipment industry. Must be people-oriented and sales driven. Customer, territory, budget, cost control, and employee management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and has a teamwork ethic along with knowledge of construction equipment.
