Tri-Lift NC, Inc. is a third-generation family business seeking qualified individuals to be part of our growing team.  As the leader in material handling equipment and solutions, we represent LINDE, UniCarriers, CLARK, BYD and Hoist forklifts as well as Aerial equipment sales and service covering North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.  We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to manage and support our sales team in our Greensboro and Charlotte North Carolina branches as well as our Greenville South Carolina branch.

JOB SUMMARY:  

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for the development and administration of an effective sales operation. The position is the leader of the sales team and the driver of a sales effort that will deliver results. Responsible for the structure, promoting the value proposition, training, coaching, monitoring, motivating, and developing the creative approaches that will support the vision, mission and values and build the business for the organization and our chosen vendors.

This position demands a motivated individual with a proven sales management track record to lead the fastest growing material handling dealership in the nation operating in one of the top five markets in North America.  We looking for a leader who is comfortable with large accounts, financial merchandising and training a sales team to be hunter salesman. This individual must possess a good grasp of sales process with identifiable experience and success.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for implementing programs that meet or exceed company expectations in the areas of revenue growth, customer retention and profit margins.
  • Manage the field sales team for all facilities
  • Insure the efficient flow of all sales related paperwork.
  • Assist all departments in customer retention and building new business.
  • Initiates or suggests plans to motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Promote revenue growth through sales contracts to new and existing customers.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality sales representation for the Tri-Lift NC.
  • Coordinate sales operations with all other departments, Parts, Rental, Sales and Trucking to achieve company goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the research and evaluation of all current and potential products that may enhance the customers business.
  • Identify and make available and a scheduled basis product and sales training with all factory representatives and internal departments.
  • Responsible for the sales team maintaining proper standards to insure a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

  • Must be flexible and possess the urgency to meet customer time demands.

  • Management skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Ability to organize people and resources toward effective pursuit of corporate goals.
