Position Details & Responsibilities

Herk and Associates has been retained by a leading Equipment Dealership in North Carolina to help them find a new Parts Manger.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a Top Brand Dealership Management Team and be responsible for Managing the organization including direction, coordination, and control of the Parts Department in order to deliver superior customer service, provide safe and stable operations, and ensure responsible management of Company resources.

This is a Salaried position in the $75-$85K Range with strong Benefits.

Qualifications

2 + Years of Dealer Parts Management and STRONG INVENTORY Management exp.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but Associate’s degree and/or relevant job experience may be considered.

CPIM Certification is a plus.

Valid NC Driver’s License required. 

 

  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend common business documents including, but not limited to, accounting documents, sales orders, purchase orders, warranty documentation, and technical manuals.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient skills with Corporate accounting software.
  • Capability to respond in a professional manner through email, by phone, and in person to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
