Position Details & Responsibilities

Power Screening LLC is the home to the largest stock of new and used crushing, dry screening and composting equipment in the Rocky Mountain region. Since 1984 Power Screening, LLC has been a leading equipment dealer in the aggregate industry. We have achieved this by providing innovative solutions for our customer’s toughest challenges. The team of professionals builds long term relationships based upon trust, reliability and integrity. 

Power Screening LLC is looking for a Company President and this position will provide leadership to the company, develop a strategic plan to advance the company`s mission and objectives and to promote revenue with a strong sales focus, profitability and growth as an organization. Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Responsible for overall accountability to shareholders. 

Essential Functions 

  1. Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with the board of directors to develop the policies and direction of the organization.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with other associations within the industry that are in the best interest of the company.
  4. Assist the sales team with sales activity and direction.
  5. Direct staff, including organizational structure, professional development, motivation, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation, personnel policies, and procedures.
  6. Assist all departments with issues that may arise.
  7. Implement the organization`s operations on a day-to-day basis.
  8. Handle customer inquiries as needed, via in-person or phone.
  9. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization`s financial goals, objectives and budgets.
  10. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
  11. Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
  12. Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities.
  13. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism, which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
  14. Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.


Required Education and Experience  

  1. Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree a plus
  2. 10-15 years of crushing and screening industry experience.
  3. Contracts and negotiation experience.
  4. Must have the following core competencies: strategic thinking, business acumen, results driven and financial management.
  5. Proficient in English, both written and verbal with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
