Position Details & Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity to join a Multi-Store Dealership representing several of the top brands of Equipment.The position requires a strong leadership and communication skill set that is able to put customers first.  The role will have responsibility for overseeing 2-3 employees

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develops, communicates enforces, and monitors effective parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes an annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures

Submits all return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit

Uses all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals

Works with dealership staff and parts staff to keep a correct parts inventory on hand

Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position

Qualifications

3 plus years experience in Parts Department Operation

Construction or Agricultural equipment experience highly preferred

Leadership Experience

Knowledge of standard desktop computer software

Fluent in Spanish/English preferred but not required

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
