Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers has an immediate opening for a full-time Lead Generation Representative (Inside Sales) for our office in Forth Worth, Texas. In this role you`ll promote Ritchie Bros. by providing follow-up care to customers through outbound warm calling, and by identifying potential leads for further business.

The Lead Generation Representative is responsible for driving outbound call campaigns in SalesForce to generate opportunities to drive Ritchie Bros. growth. The goal of each customer engagement is to uncover opportunities for Ritchie Bros. to act as a Trusted Advisor and enable our customers’ success while driving our growth. A successful Lead Generation Rep makes 40-60 outbound calls per day, reaches 15-20 decision makers, and secures 3-5 qualified leads/opportunities. This role is built as a development pipeline to fill Territory Mgr. roles in the future.
