Outside Sales - Minnesota

Swanston Equipment is a 4th generation company that’s been established for 87 years. We’re looking to hire talented individuals to initiate and build rapport with new and existing customers while promoting the company’s sales, service, parts and rentals. The goal is to grow the market place through heavy equipment sales and rentals for the state of Minnesota and beyond.
Primary Job Duties:
Working directly with the home office and various manufacturers, you will call on and sell to contractors and municipalities. You will need to plan, organize and manage your own schedule to be as efficient as possible. It is important that you understand the value of empathy so you can recognize the feelings of our customers to best serve their needs.
