Our client is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Western Canada. The ideal candidate will be based in Alberta near an airport. This role offers a great opportunity to manage a rapidly growing territory with significant potential for growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and manage relationships with clients, particularly within the rental equipment sector.
  • Strategically grow sales in the territory from Manitoba to British Columbia.
  • Act as a "micro-business owner," driving business independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical knowledge about the company’s products.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the brand and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the equipment or rental sectors.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and build business from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
