An equipment dealership for a well-known brand in North Dakota is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to lead and oversee all operational functions at their assigned location. This role focuses on maximizing profitability, expanding market share, leading a team, and ensuring superior customer service. The Branch Manager will also implement and uphold company processes, procedures, and policies, while executing strategic business plans.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, maintaining high employee morale and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, manage, and assess the performance of branch staff.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve branch goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch employees.
  • Identify growth opportunities, increase market share, and enhance dealership offerings.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for branch growth.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial meetings, ensuring adherence to branch metrics.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Address escalated customer issues and maintain strong communication with other branches and corporate office.

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in an equipment dealership.
  • 3-5 years of management experience, with strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within 6 months.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
