Position Details & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional to take on the role of Vice President of Sales in North Carolina or South Carolina.

The VP of Sales will be pivotal in shaping the sales strategy and ensuring continued growth and customer satisfaction across multiple dealership locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the construction equipment industry, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Sales management experience in a dealership environment is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the heavy equipment industry
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
