Responsibilities Include:

  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee ordering parts and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
    • Ensure timely availability of necessary parts to support service operations.
    • Monitor inventory to prevent shortages and excess stock.
  • Service Advising
    • Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on equipment issues and maintenance.
  • Technical Support
    • Diagnose technical issues with equipment and provide detailed troubleshooting.
    • Perform occasional service tasks and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous technical experience in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and technical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing equipment issues.
