Our client represents an innovative OEM product line and is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Western Missouri who will cover a territory consisting of Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

The Regional Sales Manager will be the primary sales representative in the assigned region, responsible for driving sales growth and performing product demonstrations for clients. This role requires a motivated individual who can close deals and possesses technical experience or a background in compact equipment sales.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive sales growth in new territories by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Perform product demonstrations for clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the OEM product line.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and municipalities to promote and sell products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Previous experience in a technical role or compact equipment sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to perform effective product demonstrations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
