Direct Hire Job Board

In an effort to offer our customers the most options for their personnel recruitment needs, Herk & Associates has launched a new program, the Direct Hire Program. This plan is designed to reduce the cost of our services and still provide access to our network of qualified, industry specific candidates. Clients utilizing this option will have the opportunity to post their job opening directly on our website and be included on our weekly position email.

What differentiates this plan from our other search options is that Herk & Associates will display the company’s name and the hiring manager’s contact information directly in the listing. This will allow candidates browsing our website to apply directly for the open position. Herk & Associates will not be involved in the screening and qualifying of these candidates, but will continually strive to increase general traffic to our website where the positions will be viewed by industry candidates. Our current efforts to build site traffic include our weekly position notification emails that go to 30,000 industry contacts as well as investments in 21st century technology (Search engine optimization, etc.)

This plan may be the best option for companies that want lower cost access to our pool of candidates, but do not require the in-depth assistance (Pre-screening, interview write-ups, reference checks, etc.) provided by our traditional search plans.

Pricing:

  • Single Listing: $475.00
  • Two-Pack Listings: $850.00
  • Five-Pack Listings: $2,000.00
  • Ten-Pack Listings: $3,750.00

All listings are displayed on our website and weekly email for 60 days.

Full Service Plan

This plan provides our clients with the total recruiting process. Herk & Associates does everything including the following: job description, search, telephone interview, write-up, personal interview, background check, reference check, testing, negotiation of compensation and relocation package and drafting of the employment agreement.

Fees include a non-refundable Search Activation Fee (SAF) and a fee based on a percentage of total annual income. The SAF is deductible from the total fee in the event H & A fills the position. One third of the balance is due on employee start date, one third due 90 days subsequent to start date and the final one third is due 180 days from start date. In the event the employee is terminated or leaves prior to the next payment due date, no further payments are required and the employer has the option to utilize H & A to find another employee and reconvene the payment schedule upon hiring of the replacement employee.

Reduced Cost/Limited Service Plan

This plan provides our clients with the option of doing the final pieces of the hiring process themselves. Herk & Associates does the search, telephone interview, write-up and presents the screened and qualified candidates to the employer. This service is intended for those clients who may have their own HR department and have a desire to pay a lower fee. These clients may want Herk & Associates to simply find and screen qualified candidates.

Fees include a non-refundable Search Activation Fee (SAF) and a fee based on a percentage of total annual income. The SAF is deductible from the total fee in the event H & A fills the position. One third of the balance is due on employee start date, one third due 90 days subsequent to start date and the final one third is due 180 days from start date. Resume Only Plan

This plan provides our clients with the very lowest cost service provided by Herk & Associates. We post the job to H & A website, do the search, telephone interview and present the resume of the screened candidates to the employer. This plan requires the balance due Herk & Associates be paid on the candidates first day of employment. This plan comes without a replacement guaranty in the event the employee leaves or is terminated by the company.
