While traditional means of finding employees can garner a modest response, our ability to deliver your name and position to the desktops of potential candidates is far superior. You are sure to reach a concentrated group of people specific to the industry for which you are searching.
What is this Guarantee?
Herk & Associates will replace any employee or refund 50% of the service fees which have been paid to H&A by an employer, at the employer’s option, in the event that the employee hired through H&A terminates or is terminated from his or her position of employment, for any reason whatsoever, within 30 days from the date the employee started work, provided that Employer notifies H&A, in writing, of all of the facts relating to the termination within 5 business days of said termination. If Employer elects to have H&A replace the initial hire, any payments made for H&A fees will be credited to the fee for the new hire. The fee for the new hire will be computed just as the fee was computed for the initial hire. This guarantee is not applicable in the event that the employment is terminated because Employer has insufficient work for the employee, a substantial change in the original job description, or elimination of the position. This guarantee is to allow Employer time to confirm that the candidate has the requisite experience and qualifications, and that information provided by the candidate and other sources, directly or through H&A, is accurate. This guarantee shall be Employer’s sole remedy. Guarantee is subject to payment according to terms of invoice.
What is the “Direct Hire Program” and why would a hiring manager use this option?
This low-cost plan provides our clients with the option to have candidates apply directly to the clients HR department or the hiring manager without going through Herk & Associates. Herk & Associates posts the position on the Herk & Associates Website, lists the position in the Herk & Associates weekly mailer and links all responses directly to the responsible party at your dealership. This plan requires the fee due Herk & Associates be paid in advance, prior to the start of the search.
If I am looking for a position will there be any cost to me?
There are never any costs to candidates looking for employment. All of our fees are paid by the companies who retain us to fill a position.
Do you share my information with anyone without my knowledge?
The personnel business is especially confidential and sensitive to both employers and potential employees. We pride ourselves in maintaining extremely high ethical standards. Trust that you may contact us in complete confidence. We only send information once we receive written permission if you are currently employed. We do not want to cause problems for those who currently hold a position and are discreetly looking for new work, or those employers confidentially looking to replace a current employee. Confidentiality and trust are most important and we do not take that lightly.

Since Herk & Associates inception in 1998 we have sent out a weekly mailing which lists the various positions we have been retained to fill.
